  • All-Soviet trust for the construction of extra large bridges Mostotrest was established on 25 January, 1930 by the Council of the People's Commissars of the USSR

Acquisition of controlling interest in LLC Engtransstroy Corporation and LLC Transstroymekhanizatsiya in 2010 allowed Mostotrest to substantially expand the geographic scope of the business and list of construction projects types, as well as develop general contractor capabilities.

In order to develop related road repair, maintenance and operation segments as well as road concession Mostotrest acquired in 2012 controlling interests in Mostotrest- Service and UTS and a 50% shareholding in NWCC
