Mostotrest’s activities fully comply with Russian legal environmental standards. The Company holds Federal licenses for the collection, usage, dismantling, transportation and disposal of hazardous waste.

Mostotrest does the following to protect the environment:

· Development of regulations and limits of allocation of waste and maximum permissible emissions (MPE)
· Appointment of persons responsible for environmental protection with specification of their duties in relation to environmental protection in their job descriptions
· Permissions for the emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere and limits for the allocation of the production waste are extended on a regular basis
· The training of specialists in the area of natural resource usage
· Regular production control of compliance with established standards (including laboratory control)
· Regular examinations of the production base to ensure compliance with the environmental protection standards and regulations
· Compensation for environmental damage
