“Full-cycle” contract.

Stage 1 construction of the km 258 – km 334 (Vyshny Volochek Bypass) segment of the Moscow – Saint Petersburg Highway (M-11) in the Tver Region.

As part of the 72 km-long segment construction project, Mostotrest will build 54 engineered structures, including 40 overpasses, 14 bridges and 2 split-level traffic interchanges at intersections with the existing M-10 «Moscow – Saint Petersburg Highway».

Project Stage 2 envisioning operation, maintenance and scheduled repairs of the toll segment will stretch over 18 years after the completion of construction.
