Section of M-11 «Moscow – St. Petersburg» Highway (km 334 – km 543) in Tver and Novgorod regions (2014-2018)
Construction of the sixth section (km 334 – km 543) of the M-11 “Moscow – St. Petersburg” speedway in Tver and Novgorod regions.
Mostotrest specialists will be required to complete construction of the new four-lane section, of category IA, with a 6-metre separation lane. The designated speed of traffic is up to 150 km/h. Under the terms of the project, the 209-km section will include 44 bridges with a total length of more than 4 km; 63 flyovers with total length of about 4 km, including 22 flyovers over the roadway and 9 – as part of transport interchanges; 6 complex transport interchanges (including off-ramps, turnabouts and clover interchanges) at the intersections with motorways “Kuzhenkino-Bologoe”, “Dolgie Borody-Uglovka”, “Krestsy-Okulovka-Borovichi”, “Novoselitsy-Paporotno” and M-10 “Russia” at 329 km and 545 km. The contractor’s responsibilities also include construction of toll collection points and installation of related equipment.
The project is delivered under a long-term investment agreement, which shall run for 26 years. After construction is completed, Mostotrest will be responsible for a period of 22 years for maintaining the said motorway section, toll collection technology and automated traffic control system.
