26/08/10   OJSC Mostotrest completes first stage of Adler-alpica combined road at Sochi

The first six kilometers of the combined motorway and railway between the town of Adler and the Alpika-Service mountain resort have been completed in Sochi. As part of the first stage of the project, Mostotrest has built three automobile bridges with a total length of 1,245 meters. The project has been commissioned by DCRC Sochi (Direction for the Complex Reconstruction of the Railways and Construction of Railway Infrastructure) and Direction for the Complex Construction of the North Caucasus Railway, branch of OJSC Russian Railways. The general contractor is LLC Transyuzhstroy Management Company.

06/07/10   Mostotrest completes reconstruction of Krestovsky overpasses, a key moscow interchange
Open Joint Stock Company Mostotrest (“Mostotrest”), one of Russia’s leading transport infrastructure companies, today announces the completion of its RUR 3.57 billion project (around 114 million dollars) to reconstruct the Krestovsky overpasses over the Moscow and Oktyabrskaya railways at Prospect Mira, Moscow, one of the key urban routes linking Yaroslavskoye highway with the centre of Moscow.

On 5 July OJSC Mostotrest held a meeting of the Board of Directors in Moscow. At the meeting Mostotrest’s Board of Directors unanimously elected Mikhail Abyzov Chairman of the Board, Maria Zhurba Deputy Chairman of the Board and Gennady Bogatyryov Corporate Secretary.

02/07/10   Mostotrest commences new project to upgrade moscow river bridge at Ilyinskoe
Mostootryad-114, a branch of Open Joint Stock Company Mostotrest (“Mostotrest”) has today commenced a new project for the comprehensive repair and upgrading of the bridge over the Moscow River on the A106 highway between the Rublevo-Uspenskoe and Ilyinskoe highways near Moscow. The Federal State Enterprise Centrautomagistral is the client for the project, the contract value of which exceeds RUR 665 million (approx US $24 million). The planned completion date of the project is June 2011.
23/06/10   Mostotrest becomes controlling shareholder of LLC INZHTRANSSTROY CORPORATION

Open Joint Stock Company Mostotrest («Mostotrest»), a leading transport infrastructure construction and development company in Russia, announces today that it has acquired an additional 1% of the share capital of LLC Inzhtransstroy Corporation, becoming the controlling shareholder with 51% of the share capital of the company. Mostotrest previously announced its acquisition of 50% of the company’s share capital on 1 June 2010.
