Independent director chairs Mostotrest Board of Directors

The first meeting of the Mostotrest PJSC Board of Directors, newly elected on 4 October 2019 at the Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting, has been held in Moscow. In accordance with the Company's Rules of Procedure, the meeting participants deliberated over the election of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Corporate Secretary.

Based on the voting results, Vyacheslav Prikhodko has been elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mostotrest PJSC. He is the first-ever independent director elected to the post. The new Chairman of the Board is a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS). He has 15 years' experience working as the rector of the Moscow Automobile and Road State Technical University (MADI). Currently, he is an adviser to the rector of the Emperor Nicholas II Moscow State University of Railway Transport (MGUPS (MIIT)), and also chairs the MADI Endowment Fund Council, as well as the RAS Scientific Council on Transport. He has been with the Board of Directors of Mostotrest PJSC as an independent director since July 2015.

The Mostotrest PJSC Board has unanimously elected Vladimir Kotylevsky as Deputy Chairman of the Board and re-elected Gennady Bogatyrev as Corporate Secretary.
