Parameters:
- A 459m bridge over the Don river with 2 overpasses measuring 829m on the left bank and 966m on the right bank.
Challenge:
- The spans over the Don river are being constructed using incremental launching techniques;
- The concrete for the overpass slabs has been held in place using modern timbering machinery. The method allows construction to be significantly speeded up increasing productivity.
