“Full-cycle” contract.
As part of Stage 1, the contractor will overhaul the km 492.5 – km 517 segment of M-4 "Don" Highway, increasing the number of lanes from two/three to six, upgrade the existing and build a new automobile bridges over the Voronezh River, with the total length of 360 m each, and build seven split-level traffic interchanges. Phase 1 execution schedule: June 2011 – October 2013.
Project Phases 2 and 3 envision maintenance and rehabilitation of the highway segment and will be executed over 16 years once the overhaul phase is completed.
