The intersection of Paved Runways 1 and 2 has been reconstructed, and Paved Runway 1 and taxiways have been reconstructed, including work on utility services, lighting navigational aids, radio navigation and landing facilities.
During the reconstruction, advanced slab concrete pavement technologies were employed, using Gomaco concrete-laying machines, which significantly shortened construction time and ensured high-quality airfield pavement.
