Reconstruction of interchange at the intersection of Leningradskoye Avenue and the MRR on the segment stretching from the existing bridge over the Moscow Canal, with exits onto the MRR’s inner and outer sides (Levoberezhny District, Northern Administrative District of Moscow, and Northern Tushino District, Northwest Administrative District of Moscow).
A 1.8km left-turn slip road has provided unimpeded access from Leningradskoye Avenue for traffic heading out of Moscow onto the outer side of the MRR. A 0.3km right-turn slip road has made it possible for traffic heading out of Moscow to access the inner side of the MRR from Leningradskoye Avenue.
