The construction of the fourth section (km 208 - km 258) of M-11 “Moscow - St. Petersburg” Highway in the Tver region.

As part of the project, Mostotrest will build a new Class 1A road. Three split-level interchanges and 26 elevated structures, including 4 bridges, 19 overpasses on M-11, 2 overpasses as part of traffic interchanges, and an overpass on the Mednoye-Kulitskaya-Kievo road will be erected on the 47.9 km contracted highway section. The design speed of the new four-lane section is 150 km/h.

The project is delivered under a long-term investment agreement, which shall run for 23 years. After construction is completed, Mostotrest will be responsible for a period of 20 years for maintenance, repair, overhaul and toll-based operation of the said motorway section.
The km 208 – km 258 section will be part of the high-speed automobile road linking Moscow with St. Petersburg. The new road will redirect transit traffic currently passing through the streets of Tver, Torzhok, Vishny Volochek and 52 other communities, and create conditions for economic growth in nearby regions.
